Tripadvisor Analytics is seeking an Analyst who can partner with numerous stakeholder teams, provide analytics and measurement expertise across key business categories, and contribute to a growing analytics team dedicated to generating high-quality, actionable data insights.   What You’ll Do Provide timely insights and analytics support to internal stakeholders (including product management, operations, engineering, sales and finance teams) to make data-driven decisions Use clickstream, transactional, finance, product and contract data to identify sources of traffic and which products, content and functionality users are engaging with Enable stakeholders to access data and monitor key business metrics by building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboard reporting Advise on test design (A/B, multivariate, etc.), analyze test results to measure the impact of site changes, and make recommendations to stakeholders Apply creative analytics approaches across the key business categories to gain a deeper understanding of our customers and holistic business performance   Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role Education: Bachelor's Degree, with coursework in an analytical field (math, economics, engineering, statistics, etc) or quantitative research experience Experience with data manipulation in SQL, R, Python, or another tool Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI Technical aptitude to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies Enthusiasm for problem-solving and exploring and deriving insights from large datasets Ability to translate complex analysis findings into a clear narrative and actionable insights to communicate to stakeholders Ability to think about the business holistically and from the viewpoint of the customer Eagerness to help other team members and find active ways to contribute to the team Experience with digital analytics is not required but is a plus Predictive modeling or machine learning experience is a plus Experience with building ETL pipelines is a plus If you need a reasonable accommodation or support during the application or the recruiting process due to a medical condition or disability, please reach out to your individual recruiter or send an email to  AccessibleRecruiting@Tripadvisor.com  and let us know the nature of your request .
