Job Requisition ID #23WD73430Position OverviewThe Global Travel Intern supports the Autodesk Global Travel Team with organizational tasks and projects related to business travel for employees and guests. The Global Travel Team manages our business travel supplier relationships from Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Vendors, Ride Share and more. We manage our travel agency and travel operations including internal education of our policy, global reporting, and a variety customer service tasks that support Autodeskers. Our goal is to ensure the productivity, comfort, and safety of our business travelers, while managing our travel and entertainment activities to reduce our carbon footprint and manage expenses.ResponsibilitiesAssist employees with travel related inquiriesCreate travel reports, and analyze data trendsPerform travel platform audits and quality assurance testingCommunicate with our global travel agency on customer service itemsSupport guest booking functions within the travel platformFacilitate travel supplier messaging updates within internal channelsMaintain internal global travel updates within Autodesk intranetHelp coordinate sustainability projects within travel at AutodeskPartner with teams including meeting sourcing, safety and security, and global mobilityMinimum QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree program, with a graduation date in 2025You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to bring a project to successful completion You have experience supporting customer service issues to resolution Proficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a business travel related roleAbout the Intern ProgramThe 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 – August 9 or June 17 – September 6). For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized base salary between $41,000 and $81,400. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
