Senior Staff Solution Architecture

We are looking for a Sr Staff Solution Architect, with a background in the areas of driver development, Ethernet and Networking. As part of the team, you will support our customers’ technical needs and help deliver our next generation solutions of DPU for the cloud, HPC and enterprise data center. In this position, will drive technical improvements to our products while collaborating with most technical business units in the company.What you'll be doing:Work as customer technical specialist to address customer requirements and seek their technical challenges.Run and own proof of concept activities introducing our products and integrating them to new and existing accounts.Debug SW issues and provide solutions to customer.Lead sophisticated blocking issues with customers, build and lead engineering task force, build debug strategies and lead them to execution, while addressing customer needs.Participate in building SW products roadmap by providing customer product requirements and feedback to engineering and marketing teams.Train internal and external technical teams, be the learning interface between R&D and support teams.What we need to see:B.S. Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Electrical Engineering.Minimum 3+ years computer software development with knowledge of Linux kernel and drivers development.Work experience with L2 Networking.Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to optimally collaborate with management and engineering.Experience working in a customer environment with ability to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with customers.Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge with virtualization environments.Experience with DPDK.Good verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
