We’re looking for a talented Senior 3D Environment Artist to join the DRIVE Sim team and help make it all a reality. This meaningful role will see you working with technical visionaries within the company to define and deliver a simulation environment that advances the state of the art in autonomous vehicles.What you will be doing:Priorities often change in a fast-paced environment like ours. Some of the things you will work on:Create high-quality simulation environments, models, and materials. Collaborate with Technical Artists to create and improve tools and workflowsReview work from external partners and provide feedback. Drive the creation of ultra photorealistic large worlds through hands-on workWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Thorough understanding of current artistic/technical requirements for video game production pipelinesExperienced in creating open-world environments starting from roads, sidewalks, markings, all the way to adding vegetation and street debris. Ways to stand out from the crowdA strong portfolio demonstrating expert craftsmanship with a track record of creating immersive environmentsMastery in industry-standard software like Maya, ZBrush, & SubstanceSolid experience working with either game engines or any city-building engines implementing 3D work into the pipeline.Flexible; comfortable modeling, texturing, and animating.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
