The ESG team at NVIDIA is seeking a collaborative, passionate and detail-oriented sustainability professional to join the company’s growing ESG team. In this role, you will prepare the company’s annual corporate responsibility report and related public disclosures. You will also be responsible for preparing responses to external requests for ESG data and will support the company’s efforts to efficiently collect and maintain accurate ESG data. And you will play a key role in corporate sustainability assessments, including materiality assessments.What you’ll be doing:Work with internal teams to collect, validate and maintain the ESG data (and associated documentation) required for the corporate responsibility report and related disclosuresDraft the company’s annual corporate responsibility report and coordinate revisions from internal partnersMonitor standard methodologies and industry trends for sustainability reportingPrepare ESG data for disclosure to business partners and other organizationsCoordinate materiality assessments, climate scenario analyses and similar corporate sustainability assessmentsDraft materials to communicate key ESG data about the company and its products to internal and external audiencesParticipate in environmental analyses of the company’s products and/or operationsIndependently manage a large, complex and diverse workload often in short timeframesWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic credentials, preferably in a sustainability-related field or equivalent experience5+ years of proven experience in a corporate sustainability roleDeep knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (especially GRI, IFRS, TCFD) and best practices.Experience managing, interpreting and reporting on large ESG datasetsExperience collaborating and building consensus cross-functionally and ability to work well with and relate to employees at all levelsExcellent business judgment and attention to detailAbility to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environmentTeam-focused and collaborative work style; willingness to build expertise and tackle new challenges in an evolving practice.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiativeMust work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independentlyAbility to handle complexity and demands with a sense of urgency, drive and passion.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers, and perennially ranked among the very best tech companies to work for by Forbes, Fortune, and Glassdoor! Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
