In this role, you will learn and develop expertise in Workday’s partner program and the various ways Workday leverages and engages its partner ecosystem. You will provide support on a 1-to-many basis to partner program compliance and growth for new partners and lower maturity partners.You will assist these partners with inquiries or concerns related to the new Workday Partner Program and facilitate their growth within our program. The questions encompass a wide range of topics providing the dual opportunity to learn various aspects of the enterprise software business and attributes of an outstanding partner program. Inquiries cover topics such onboarding, program requirements, provisioning tenants, training, partner agreements, location of marketing or sales assets or questions about upcoming Workday events. This role is critical to delivering high levels of partner satisfaction through responsive and effective partner management and support.About YouBasic Qualifications2 + years of experience working in a partner organization, preferably in partner/vendor relationship management.2+ years of experiencel in software or SaaS corporate environment focused on first level customer, sales or partner support. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
