Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The CrowdStrike Technology Alliances Team is looking for an experienced, sales-focused Marketplace go-getter ready to bring outstanding ideas to execute and grow the CrowdStrike Marketplace program. The role will report to the Director of Marketplace in the Alliances Org.As a senior member within the team, the role will be responsible for creating and managing the sales components for the CrowdStrike Marketplace program including enablement, deal support, escalations, packaging, etc. This is an active and dynamic role with potential to dramatically increase the impact of the Marketplace program.Technology Partners are a key pillar of our strategy to build the world’s best cyber security ecosystem that leverages our extensible cloud platform to reduce complexity and increase security for our customers. Our partners deliver many benefits for CrowdStrike including enhanced brand awareness, market perception, customer satisfaction and retention and the ability to fill portfolio gaps. They also help contribute to our growth and revenue. The key metrics of success for the role are:Marketplace revenue - Marketplace opportunities serve as a new revenue stream and create new CrowdStrike pipeline.Marketplace activity - Increased page views, trial requests, private offers, successful purchases and renewals via the platform.Lower transaction time - Improve/Simplify processes, leverage automation, etc. to reduce deal risk, confusion and timelines and drive higher program value.Upsell/Cross Sell - Many partners have integrations that are specific to certain CrowdStrike modules; drive uptake of additional Falcon modules and services.What You'll Do:Manage sales pipeline - of Marketplace deals, offers, opportunities, leads, etc. Track, report and disseminate metrics to cross functional stakeholders. Implement changes to drive better program results. Own Engagement with Sales - Engage with our global Sales teams to develop sales engagement strategies and effective enablement through communication of partners’ capabilities. Run enablement sessions, strategize, unblock issues.Provide best-in-class deal support - Strategize with technical partners and resellers on creative deal-closure approaches; support CrowdStrike sellers.Manage Private Offers - Drive execution with incoming orders, assist internal and external constituents with issues, report status, forecast business.Manage CrowdCredit Program - Oversee our first-in-industry program to reward customers with credit on Marketplace. Design and execute new promotions to achieve goals; track and report on success and areas to improve. Evangelize Marketplace - Be an outward champion of the Marketplace program. Interact with customers and prospects, conduct market research and follow-ups.Gather feedback - Report platform improvements to PM and Engineering teams; report partner and product needs to Partner team.Build processes - both manual and automated to streamline the program; document flows and gaps.Liaise with Partner Marketing - Execute partner- and Marketplace-focused marketing campaigns, events, webinars, etc. for customers, prospects, technology partners, channel partners, distributors, etc. Create Assets - for internal and external consumption, best practices, FAQs, videos, win wires, etc. What You’ll Need:Demonstrable successful track record in managing sales and enablement components of a dynamic cybersecurity marketplace program.Business development, managing and growing relationships and delivering business outcomes, in a partner facing role, at a senior level.A thorough understanding of a technology product sales process, sales cycles, opportunity management, sales KPIs and experience of working with sales teams in a channel model. Familiarity with MEDPICC methodology.Moderate technical background and understanding to enable effective communication of partner products’ features on the Marketplace.
