Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Sr. Technical Marketing Manager (TMM) for the NG-SIEM & XDR brings technical expertise and hands-on product knowledge to the Product Marketing team. As a Sr. TMM, you will be the subject matter expert on NG-SIEM & XDR, and will produce compelling product demonstrations, technical videos, hands-on workshops, whitepapers, and more to illustrate how we at CrowdStrike address customer challenges and stop breaches. You will often be working in conjunction with various teams including Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering and Sales to ensure that GTM content is technically accurate and delivers contextually relevant messaging that resonates with targeted technical audiences. You will develop how-to guides to help practitioner-level customer audiences reach buying decisions and highlight the value in the CrowdStrike portfolio.  You will play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our partners, customers, and our internal employees. You will work with innovative technology, redefining the future of cybersecurity in a high pace environment. This is an individual contributor position.What You’ll Do:Demonstrate the product capabilities in line with the associated GTM motion, use case and product lineCreate compelling workshops, demos, videos, technical and sales decks, technical FAQs and related content in support of product launches, campaigns, announcements, live events, etc.Represent CrowdStrike NG-SIEM & XDR solution at user conferences and tradeshowsDirectly and frequently support Analyst Relations by providing demo support and explaining technical product features/capabilitiesPartner with Product Management to understand and articulate mapping of features to use casesUnderstand the problems and challenges faced by our customers and create technical content to address real world business problems and persona-based customer use casesDeliver targeted enablement sessions for Marketing, Sales/SEs, and customers to drive home the value of CrowdStrike productsAddress high-level questions about products (implementation, use, scalability, integration) in support of Marketing efforts and Sales opportunitiesWhat You’ll Need:8+ years of cybersecurity product experience strongly preferred, either as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer or Solution ArchitectVery strong written, communication and presentation skillsExperience with several SIEM/SOAR deployments in diverse environmentsDeep understanding of how SIEM/SOAR work and hands-on experience in working with logs; collection, ingestion, field extraction, aggregation and visualizationHands-on experience building complex labs, workshops and demosExperience with some of the following products; Splunk, Qradar, Logrhythm, Arcsight, Exabeam, Securonix, Azure Sentinel, RSA NetWitness, SumoLogic, XSOAR, Swimlane, Phantom, Tines, Falcon LogScale, CrowdStrike Falcon etc.Solid understanding of SOC workflows & incident responseBachelor's degree in business, IT, or engineering preferred. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $175,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
