The impact of your work will be community-led development of Adobe’s products, where voice of the creative community is baked into the future of Adobe’s creative tools.What You'll DoIn this role you will work across the Creative Cloud and Adobe Express community team and help with a variety of projects from creative community research to community centered product development.Build insider communities to inform product roadmaps and seed advocates - Engage with inner circles of Adobe’s customers to get feedback on emerging offerings. Partner with product and marketing teams to inform roadmapsConduct user research and growth experiments to increase community and product engagement - Build a research-informed test roadmap to strengthen community funnelDrive engagement with Insider Communities - Build and execute programs focused on bringing next gen creatives into Adobe’s inner circlesHelp manage our CRM to grow active communities as needed - Manage a network of dedicated insider community members as neededWhat You'll Need to Succeed Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025Knowledge of Adobe community and tools and understanding of what makes great authentic Adobe community content and interactionsThoughtful, supportive outlook to set the tone for community and people who are looking to build creative skillsFocus and persistence - ability to drive action in a complex multi-stakeholder environmentFlexible, start-up mentality that is willing to wear many hatsA background in product management, user experience research, or technical aspects of community platforms; self-starter and learner a mustBonus: Experience with virtual communities (educational communities, gaming, or other creative communities a plus)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly.
