We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Principal Marketing Manager, Adobe Express (IC)  As a Principal Marketing Manager for Adobe Express you are responsible for driving all content marketing strategy and initiatives across paid and owned channels, partnering closely with our integrated campaign marketing and channel partners. Through deep customer and product knowledge, you will ensure all marketing content accurately reflects Adobe Express’ core product value, positioning, and differentiators. Your ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are critical. We are looking for a teammate who is passionate about content marketing and the power it can have on building awareness and engagement with target audiences, and who is well versed in a variety of digital marketing channels and platforms to reach our users (influencer marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, field and event marketing, paid media, etc.). What You'll DoDrive monthly content marketing briefs and execution across all channels based on a deep understanding of the product, customer, and competitive landscape.Guide teams to build personalized content streams based on detailed audience segmentation and personas.Work closely with product marketing managers to build awareness and engagement with high-value product features and capabilities through product how-to’s, inspiration, thought leadership content, and more.Develop, write, and maintain ongoing release communications such as FAQs, What’s New documentation, proactive and reactive communicationsDrive content strategy and activations for major marketing inflection points and key events such as Adobe MAX What You Need to Succeed 10+ years proven experience creating, executing, and leading digital marketing programs in a rapid growth environmentStrong understanding and eye for editorial content and creativeCustomer-centric approach and desire to build positive experiences for our customers Excellent written and verbal skillsData-driven marketer who uses key business insights to drive decision makingKnow how to prioritize and balance low vs. high effort initiatives based on impact sizing, available resources, and timingBachelors/advanced degree, or equivalent experienceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
