The challengeWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive as part of the Customer Experience sales team to be based in Amsterdam. The role blends the daily activities associated with corporate strategic selling in named accounts, as well as driving new business in existing client organizations and those where Adobe has little or no footprint. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective Marketing, Consulting and presales specialists supporting your vertical to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new sales opportunities.What you’ll doYou will be in charge of developing business on mixed portfolio of accounts by selling all Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in the Public SectorDevelop a sales plan to reach sales quota and executes for current customersCreates and maintains a monthly product forecastFollows best practices in sales processes/proceduresAssists with the development of new sales tools and presentationsReviews market to determine customer needs and reports back changing market conditions to managementPresents special programs to partnersDevelops and maintains senior-level relationships within target accountsWhat you need to succeedA Confirmed sales track record selling Enterprise Software, ideally; Digital Marketing Software, WEM, CMS, CDP and CRMExperience in software selling in Public Sector in the Netherlands for at least 5 yearsExperience achieving a sales quota of at least $1.5MExperience in acquiring key customers (Hunting) & customer oriented profileAbility to operate at C-Level within our customers (CMO's & CTO's)Strategic understanding of Multichannel and Digital MarketingComplex selling capabilitiesCreativity, Integrity, Team playerIT knowledge (CMS, WCM, SOA.)Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluency in Dutch language is requiredAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
