Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scale, security, and usability. We write code in Java & Python and work with many AWS technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high quality, efficient, testable software to implement key product features.Bring features all the way through the Design, Test, Deploy and Maintenance cycles.Understand the overall architecture of the system and the wider ecosystem.Actively participate in team code reviews and enhance overall team velocity.Act as a mentor to other members of the team. Coaching those lesser experienced to help grow them and reach their full potential.
