Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment Analyst (Intern)Description -Who are we looking for?Customer Service Refilling of Stock Creation of strategies for sales planning Product ReleasesForecastingSupply Chain Account management Purchase suggestion by SKU/Store and the consolidated from the models in account.  Objective of weekly in stock inventory fulfillment.  Reports of Performance development, analysis of refill capacities, Analysis on the 80/20 scorecard. a. Identify the strategies towards the consumer of its business partners with which it must collaborate, to develop the appropriate skills, align its strategies and short and long-term plans. The fundamental objective is to achieve synergies that maximize value to the end customer. b. Collaborate in the development of demand and supply plans that guarantee the highest level of service with the lowest inventories and at the lowest cost. Participants must know in detail their information on supply restrictions and demand behavior, the costs associated with decisions to handle exceptions. c. Properly execute the agreed plans, immediately reporting any deviation from the plans and taking corrective and preventive actions immediately. Generate a culture of lessons learned that guarantees the solution of problems at the root cause. d. Carry out an in-depth analysis of the results, identifying causes of deviations and actions for their timely attention. Redefining goals to achieve continuous improvement and modifying the indicators so that they reflect the value generated for the final client and the profits for the members of the collaboration. Requirements:3 or more years related supply chain experience, preferably in a consumer products or manufacturing organization. Intermediate to Advanced level experience in Excel, Word & Power Point. SAP experience not required but is preferred. Exp in Forecast and/or Planning Located in Mexico City, hybrid model. Visiting client's offices 2-3 times a week.
