Over the next decade, HP will stand for a new era of progress— where climate change is reversed, human rights are universally protected, and digital equity democratizes opportunity for all.This is an opportunity to be part of that journey and to make a real positive and sustainable impact.You can find more information on HP’s Sustainable Impact strategy and commitments at www.hp.com/sustainability, and in our latest Sustainable Impact Report.MissionEnable HP to efficiently support our customers on their sustainability journey, and turn this into a demonstrable competitive advantage, focusing on retail and channel partners, by driving our operational excellence across our sustainable impact sales & business development support activities, processes, and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of this role:United States Retail Sustainability program manager:Define an engagement plan for each key retail account for the US in partnership with the account, and marketing teams.Support and monitor sustainability questionnaires, annual surveys and rankings, RFIs and RFPs, and reporting requests coming from retailers.Engage with the supplies sustainability teams and take-back operations, ensuring good level of partnership and engagement of our recycling programs.Engage with the marketing teams and channel capability teams to develop, review and ensure good cadence of sustainability assets, resources and trainings are available.Strategize and partner with marketing team on the development of sustainability marketing campaignsUnited States Channel Engagement Sales engagement support:Support strategic deals being developed by partners, as well as acting as subject matter experts on partner’s enquiriesSupport development of content on channel events, as well as delivery presentations in-person and remotely, as neededDeliver customer briefings to indirect customersInterface with Amplify Impact team on program development and reportingSupport United States sustainability go-to-market strategy Customer Welcome Centers PM - Develop and/or review appropriate sustainability messaging and marketing materials that are made available in the customer welcome centersReview - when appropriate – sustainability messaging and approach on sales eventsSupport the development of yearly plan, in partnership with the rest of North America team & key stakeholdersReview metrics and dashboards to be reported on a quarterly basis to the Sustainable Impact & Compliance leadership team and to HP’s Commercial Organization leadership.The role will be based in Houston (TX) or Guadalajara (MX) offices, combined with the opportunity to work from home for part of the time.Requirements & essential skillsPassion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.Bachelor's or Master's degree (marketing, or sustainability focus would be a plus)Minimum of 4-5 years work experience, preferably in sustainability, business development, marketing.Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and to lead, negotiate and influence different types of stakeholdersStrong presentation skills, ideally to external audiences like customers and partners.
