Report.MissionEnable HP to efficiently support our customers on their sustainability journey, and turn this into a demonstrable competitive advantage, focusing  on our enterprise, commercial and public sector customers, by driving our operational excellence across our sustainable impact sales & business development support activities, processes, and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of this role:Sustainability Sales support and customer engagements for North America, with a special focus on global and strategic accountsManage virtual and in-person customer briefings across the United States to enterprise global and strategic accounts that are directly served by HP.Support virtual and in-person customer briefings across the United States to local accounts as neededSupport customer welcome center briefings taking place in Palo Alto – CA, Houston – TX and Boise-IDReview content and strategy, as well as representing the sustainability team in sales events.Support strategic RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) with sustainability requirementsBe the focal point for escalations and act as subject matter expert on RFPs and RFIs for the United StatesReview sales assets and tools for the market, capture customer insights and unmet needs to feed strategy and plans for the regionCoordinate the overall go-to-market strategy for North America Develop and monitor the yearly plan, in partnership with the rest of North America team & key stakeholdersReview metrics and dashboards to be reported on a quarterly basis to the Sustainable Impact & Compliance leadership team and to HP’s Commercial Organization leadership.Act as subject matter expert and consultant to the rest of North America sustainability teamSupport the North America Sustainable Impact Commercial strategy and inspire and empower the salesforces to activate sustainability as a key commercial differentiatorDevelop in partnership with the Sustainable Impact Commercial Organization lead the yearly Sustainable Impact Market Plan for North AmericaRepresent North America market on the Sustainability Solutions and other global workstreams, supporting the prioritization of unmet customer needs that will drive the development of new sustainability commercial solutions and offeringsDefine sales incentives and rewards of selling with sustainability in mind, in partnership with the CO leadDevelop, coordinate, and train a network of sustainable impact champions to act as first port of call for sales support & engagement in North AmericaProvide guidance & input for the development of sales-support materials, salespeople sustainability trainings, and channel trainingThe role will be based in HP’s Houston office, combined with the opportunity to work from home for part of the time.Requirements & essential skillsPassion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.Bachelor's or Master's degree (sustainability or environmental focus would be a plus)Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in sustainability, business development, business or project management.Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and to lead, negotiate and influence different types of stakeholdersStrong presentation skills, ideally to external audiences like customers and partners.Strong problem-solving skills.Capacity to see “the big picture” in complex, fluid situations, then prioritize and take action with calm and efficiency, working at a fast pace in a flexible manner.Enthusiasm, ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Authentic customer service orientation combined with solid business acumen.Strong teamworking skills.Ability to work with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.MustInterest in or
