Logistics Business Operations AnalystDescription -Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities: Responsible for logistics operations processes supporting SOX compliance & digital solutions for shipments visibility with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systemsAnalyses data and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experienceTypically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver)Preferred with knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Sarbanes Oxley/Internal ControlsStrong analytical and data modeling skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.Strong interpersonal skills.Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.Developing Project Management Skills.Demonstrated leadership skills.#LI-POSTJob -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
