Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining a constant awareness of employee sentiment, data and your efforts on tasks such as shaping and enhancing the organisation, managing talent, providing leadership coaching, and enhancing the overall employee experience across the entire organisation in India. In this role you will carry the responsibility for India’s talent strategy and engagement, leadership coaching, organisation optimisation, talent management, and ensure industry and policy alliances compliance and performance benchmarking. Additionally, you will be our point of contact for our global enterprise programs (succession planning, calibration, annual compensation cycle), and project managing these programs across our Asia Pacific and Japan region, in partnership with your peers in our OSMA team. You will collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to assist in the implementation of our talent strategy. About YouYour expertise in strategic partnering and your established trustworthiness as a coach enable you to regularly influence the organisation’s scale and culture. Workday People Business Partners are highly visible members of the leadership team and are comfortable in various settings, whether it involves leading discussions on organisational design and effectiveness or providing one-on-one executive coaching. Basic Qualifications:Degree qualified, and a Masters in HR is highly preferredAt least 10 years of work experience in HR function for a growing tech MNC - working across talent development, succession planning, organization design, performance management, compensation, and benefits).Proven experience in influencing leadership and team management across multiple initiatives/work streams in parallelExperience managing multiple stakeholders and should have led organizational transformation and change projects.Extensive experience as a strategic People Business Partner role within a similar fast paced tech environment. Ability to seamlessly transition between “thinking on your feet” and “looking around corners”Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to translate complex ideas into simple termsProject management: oversee and coordinate enterprise programs across Asia Pacific and Japan.
