This role reports into the Director, Employee & Executive Communications.Key Responsibilities: As a strong writer/editor and communications strategist, ensure well-timed, consistent programming and messages across audiences, geographies, and organizations. This involves consistently synthesizing multiple, complex communications plans into a digestible, compelling, and effective overarching strategy.Build productive, trusting relationships with SVP Talent Services and Rewards, Employee Life and Belonging & Diversity teams.Regularly evaluate communications effectiveness and implement new approaches and strategies to improve engagement. Take into account competing and changing priorities, resources, and time demands to produce strategy and plans that are realistic and achievable.
