S/he will work closely product marketing, sales to create campaigns to define objectives, understand and inform buyer personas, and create campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer acquisition and data-driven marketing and who wants to discover and optimize new ways to engage with customers and prospects. This person may also drive new pilots, programs, and learning initiatives for the wider demand generation and marketing team. If driving customer engagement and accelerating buying cycles to grow revenue is what motivates you, please apply to join our team.Responsibilities:Work with key internal stakeholders to develop campaign plans and own end-to-end execution from awareness to lead generation to pipeline acceleration to cross-sellingLead communication on campaign execution using cross-channel campaign performance data. - Develop insight and action plans, lead updates with stakeholders and executivesDrive demand generation, accounts-based marketing and digital marketing strategies across all channels (website, emails, content syn, PPC, SEM, SEO, blogs, social, etc.) and ensure coordination across channelsManage campaign development and execution across marketing, sales, operations, and other key contributing team membersPartner with sales to support strong pipeline development and progression.Develop and deepen understanding of buyer persona and continuously evolve insight into how those buyers use social, web, trade and industry, and community channelsOwn implementation and tracking in key measurement and marketing automation tools such as Pardot and TaskRayQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience5+ years demand generation and campaign planning for B2B solutionsExperience working closely with sales, product marketing, and content marketingProficient in marketing and analytic tools, especially the Salesforce suiteStrong project management skills, preferably in demand generationUnderstand the concept of a buyer's journey with marketing content and channels for each stage. - Design complex, multi-touch marketing campaigns to build pipeline.Strong virtual team leader with excellent written ad verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organizationTeam OrientationWillingness and ability to work in close collaboration with others to reach goals, and subordinate personnel agendas and recognize team performanceAbility to see the big picture as well as strong attention to detail.Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can crop up.Flexible work schedules and the willingness to travel (including potential evening, weekend, and holiday work).Location:This is a remote-based position in the United States or Canada.#LI-RemoteCompensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
