Substantial time away from homeContract Type: Fixed term, initially 6 months beginning in Q1 2024Role DescriptionMarketing Partnerships are seeking Partnerships Coordinators to assist with supporting our account management, onsite delivery and production advancing functions in 2024. The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running taking direction to deliver a wide range of partnerships across the Live Nation festival portfolio from all sectors including alcohol, fashion, lifestyle, automotive etc. The Partnerships Coordinator will have the full support of a strong partnership delivery team, they will assume responsibility for their allocated tasks, overseeing advancing from contract signature to onsite activation and debrief. The varying roles will suit someone who can build solid working relationships quickly and easily, works well on their own initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of working with brands and agencies, as well as experience of working onsite at events, is highly preferred. As part of your application you’ll be asked to specify if your experience/interest lies with account management, on-site delivery or production (or all three!).
