opportunity for you.  Merchandise Specialists are directly supervised by the venue’s Merchandise Manager.  They arrive at a concert venue on show day and immediately jump into motion.  Artist merchandise needs to be inventoried, distributed, and displayed for sale.  When the gates open, fans rush into the venue to buy their shirts, hats, and posters, and they flock to you.  You fulfill their orders quickly and carefully while taking the time to make each fan smile.  After the show is over, you help the team reassemble the remaining merchandise.  Once reconciliation is complete and the merchandise returned to the Artist, you head home, knowing you put in a full day’s work.Objectives of the RoleProvide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venuesFulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requestedAccurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales systemAct as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venueDuties & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in inventory count-in and count-out proceduresCreate visually appealing displays and price items correctlyComplete sales transactions for each guestSupport successful sales operations at each eventContribute to a positive work environmentPerform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locationsTake direction from their supervisor, the venue’s Merchandise ManagerSkills & QualificationsSpecialists are detail oriented, supporting
