THE ROLE:The Construction Project Manager (PM) will be dedicated to a designated region – to be confirmed upon hire. The primary role of the PM is to manage construction projects end-to-end ranging from $50K to $1M+.The PM also assists with developing the short and long-term capital improvement strategy for venues in their region, manages third party project managers on major construction projects, and supervises a project coordinator who directly supports the PM.The PM will report to the Head of Construction Management and will interface frequently to develop/implement capital improvement efforts for venues in the PM’s region.In addition to managing the PM’s own projects, the PM will also work closely with venue General Managers (GMs), overseeing the management of smaller projects. They will assess requests from GMs, monitor project progress, and assist with technical construction matters – including payment to contractors, changes, claims, and inspection for conformance to design requirements. Prior experience managing construction projects $100K+ end-to-end is required. Candidates without prior experience will not be considered.This role would be based out of one of our major offices or option to work from home (proximity to a major airport preferred).
