Job Summary:Company: Live Nation IrelandLocation: Dublin 4Reports to: Partnerships DirectorWorking Hours: Full time, 10-month fixed term contractRole DescriptionLive Nation Ireland’s Marketing Partnerships team is responsible for the partnership portfolio of world-class venues such as 3Arena, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, 3Olympia Theatre and Gaiety Theatre as well as Ireland’s biggest outdoor events, including Longitude, Kaleidoscope, Electric Picnic and New Year’s festivals and several large-scale Summer Concert Series.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join the Marketing Partnerships team at Live Nation Ireland in what is an exciting period of growth for our business.We’re looking for someone with strong account management skills who can lead the management of a portfolio of key strategic brand partners. Under the direction of the Department leads and the Partnerships Director, they will work closely and collaboratively with internal, brand and agency teams to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual rights while also exploring and fuelling opportunities for growth.Who are youThe ideal candidate will have a passion for or better yet, experience working in the live entertainment industry and believes in the power of music & live performance to connect. They will have experience in brand marketing and partnerships – either brand side, within an agency or rights holder. Relationship building and management will come easily and naturally to them as will the ability to influence at multiple levels.They will be a strategic thinker and strong communicator, comfortable crafting proposals for and presenting to key stakeholders & decision makers, both internally and externally, in order to deliver upon ambitious targets. They will possess a good understanding of brand strategies and the brand planning process with exposure to the full marketing mix. They will have experience in devising and executing experiential and digital marketing plans with a clear understanding of the brand and commercial value of such activities.Their project management skills will be second to none. They will be comfortable working towards fixed deadlines, balancing multiple briefs & projects while managing time and resource effectively. They will have an eye for executional detail with high production standards and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in pressurised situations. They will be an effective problem solver with ideally, some crisis management experience.They will be a highly motivated, ambitious and conscientious individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard and will go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. They will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running, work well on their own initiative and learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will thrive in a team environment, enjoy collaborating with and supporting their immediate team while also connecting well with colleagues throughout the wider organisation.What the role includesLeading key client relationships and the day-to-day account management of a portfolio of brand partners across multiple categories – working hand in hand with brands to bring partnerships to life.Building strong relationships with partners and their agency teams, working closely and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual rights to unlock tangible brand and commercial value.Be the brand guardian and voice of your partners internally, ensuring plans and activities are on strategy and on brand.Bringing your partners plans to life. Under the guidance of the Partnerships Director and working in collaboration with the Head of Production and freelance production team, develop robust activation plans and project management documentation, ensuring plans are delivered to the highest standards, on time and in full.Developing regular commercial updates and reports and working in Salesforce.Working with the Department leads to explore new and innovative ways to unlock growth opportunities for our existing partners.Crafting insightful, strategically powerful, creative presentations for existing partners.Collaborating with your teammates in regular brainstorms, providing creative stimulus and fresh thinking that sparks innovation.Liaising and building relationships with multiple Live Nation organisations, teams and individuals in the planning and production of a diverse range of partnered events and festivals.Engaging with our Global Live Nation teams and colleagues in learning opportunities as well as in identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and growth.Sweating the small stuff – Admin! Staying on top of correspondence and implementing strong file management and storage practices – across finance, legal, presentations and partner assets.Education, Experience & SkillsProven professional experience in a partnerships or account management position.Experience in brand marketing and / or brand partnerships – brand side, within an agency or with a rights holder.Experience in managing or contributing towards high value relationships.Experiential marketing / event management and digital marketing experience is essential for this role.Experience of working in the live entertainment industry would provide a distinct advantage.A strategic thinker who can grasp the bigger, long-term picture while creating roadmaps and shorter-term plans to get there.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time and energy effectively.Charisma and charm!
