This person will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers while driving revenue growth.What you'll do:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and mission.Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver successful products to market.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points, analyze competitor offerings, and assess market trends.Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Manage the product launch process, from market research and development to launch and post-launch analysis.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in the Pest Control and Lawn Care space.What you'll need:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering) with a strong academic record.A minimum of 14 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex products and technologies.Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.Where you’ll work:We’re 100% remote with HQ located in McKinney, TX.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
