The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: We are looking for an exceptional APAC Payroll Analyst to join our highly valued finance team!  They will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, maintaining and reviewing all payroll activities across APAC with the various 3rd party payroll providers. As the APAC Payroll Analyst, you will be part of a small but mighty payroll organization where you will have the opportunity to work closely with other team members in People Operations, People Technology, Accounting, Tax, Stock etc. to ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. In this role, you will report to the APAC Payroll manager and will play an integral part in sustaining a world-class global payroll service in order to support the Company’s rapid growth .   The Opportunity: Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs and outputs using information from Workday and entering into Cloudpay. Provide payroll and operational support services to all APAC employees. Ensure that all payroll services provided are in accordance with organization policies and agreed work details with clients meeting the Service Level Agreement. Perform regular and supplementary payroll processing runs for Singapore and Korea. Perform payroll payment process via funding and bank file generation, uploading and crediting. Perform payroll reconciliation, payment and reporting of monthly statutory remittances in accordance to the country specific local statutory and company policies. Perform reconciliation, payment and reporting of Year-end Tax activities and remittances. Distribution of payroll reports to various business units. Update payroll manual as and when on a timely basis. Contribute to the improvement of both the SOP and system. Point of contact for expertise on Country’s rules and regulations on payroll matters. Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness. Ensure all regulatory payroll filings are completed timely and accurately. Help support any other ad hoc projects as deemed necessary. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? Ability to work in a hyper growth environment. 2 to 5  years of relevant payroll experience with a global workforce. A good understanding of International payroll best practices as well as Singapore and Korea payroll regulations. Prefer someone with experience in Cloudpay and Workday.
