You, as the Regional Sales Director, will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by leading and managing the sales activities within your designated region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry. What You Will Do Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team within the region, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives. Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, focusing on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs and positioning ReversingLabs' solutions as the preferred choice. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and enterprise-level engagements. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to drive innovative sales approaches and positioning strategies. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. What We Are Looking For Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry. Sales Excellence: A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including knowledge of threat intelligence, malware analysis, and related solutions. Customer-Focused Approach: Ability to build and nurture relationships with key customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning ReversingLabs' solutions to meet their needs. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a regional sales strategy, including identifying new business opportunities and positioning the company for long-term growth. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, foster collaboration, and drive results. Analytical and Data-Driven: Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, utilizing data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
