Job Requisition ID #23WD73627The Risk Team @ Autodesk   The Risk team, as a critical part of the Trust organization, designs, implements, and maintains a world-class risk program, supporting our products, engineering, and operations to promote risk-based decision-making and prioritization to support our commitment to be a trusted partner to our customers and communities. Trust risk encompasses security, privacy, responsible AI, and third-party risks.  Position OverviewAs the Senior Manager, you will lead teams that work closely with partners, including technical teams across Autodesk to align expectations and scale our risk management program. You will be an important voice in encouraging our culture of risk-based decision-making to help Autodesk take the right risks. You will lead the trust risk management process from identification to response and the monitoring of our posture on a global scale! Location: Portland, OR (hybrid)ResponsibilitiesRisk program managementYou will own the governance and oversight for trust risk management You possess the vision and ambition to grow and improve the way Autodesk performs its risk assessments You will lead the definition, measuring, and reporting of our trust risk posture  ExpertiseStay informed about industry trends and regulations related to risk management to ensure Autodesk's competitive edgeMaintain an understanding of Autodesk’s risk posture related to security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI, and supply chain across our multiple verticalsUse a risk-based approach in evaluating processes, assets, and our decisions and make recommendations to leadershipEngagement management Oversee trust risk management activities across Autodesk, including notification and scheduling for all affected parties of risk assessment timing, scope, objectives, approach and deliverables  Work closely with external auditors and internal audit teams on supporting audit-related risk management activities  Report on status & timelines for cross-functional team and executive understanding  Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management, technology or compliance management preferably with progressive levels of responsibilities5 years direct people management experienceDeep understanding of risk management lifecycleExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge and experience on how to affect a risk cultureKnowledge of common risk management frameworks and how to practically implement themStrong cross-functional analytical skills Adaptability and flexibility Outstanding organizational, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree, Masters a plusA minimum of 7 years internal or external audit experience with exposure to privacy regulationsFamiliarity with common risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.CRM, CIA, CISA, CRISCConsulting and advisory experienceExperience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems Excellent analytical and organizational skills combined with the ambition, ingenuity and the ability to work as part of a team #LI-DT1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $160,000 and $258,720. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
