We are facing the biggest paradigm shift in advertising in the last century as the industry moves towards data-driven, results-oriented advertising.As product manager on the Graph team, you will support Identity Alliance, a coalition of the industry’s leading identity graph solutions that seamlessly combines all people, households, and devices into a single, unified graph. Identity Alliance is integrated into The Trade Desk’s platform for planning, activation, and measurement.  Identity Alliance will continue to be a foundational part of maximizing reach and managing frequency for advertisers. In the future, Identity Alliance is poised to continue evolving as the landscape shifts to rely more on deterministic solutions such as UID2 and RampID, as well as other emerging identifiers.As the voice of our customers globally, you’ll deeply understand how to make users’ lives better through software. One of our core product principles is “do the right thing”. You will accomplish this by teaming up with designers, developers, product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create delightful, engaging experiences.In this role you will own the roadmap and execution for various audience and data products:As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with stakeholders across our Engineering, Data Science, and Data Partnerships - helping think through tradeoffs in workflow implementations, visualizations, model approaches, and customer impactIn addition to those teams, you will be working with stakeholders all across the globe to bring our shared vision for programmatic advertising to lifeYou will be defining the product strategy and features for the next generation of graph technologiesYou will gather customer requirements, design prototypes, prioritize and scope releases that represent customers’ needs, and then work with the rest of the engineering team to build those products and iterate on them over timeYou will represent our company and exercise good judgment, by balancing the needs of our diverse agency clientsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:5+ years of Product Management experience ideally with advertising or marketing technology companiesExcellent communication/presentation skills both in large and small groups.Demonstrable ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment that includes engineers, data science, data partnerships, and commercial teams to develop solutionsAbility to solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffsRelevant prior experience in either ad agency, online advertising, or marketing technology industriesBackground in software development, engineering, or data science/analytics a plusA sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projectsStrong interest in what computing can do -- a passion for technology and how to apply that to problems of massive scale #LI-CP1Our Compensation and Benefits (for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $121,500 -$222,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
