Focus is to support the employee experience, being Senior enough to partner with Management and BUs as well as support employees throughout the full lifecycle. The German legal complexity as well as the bureaucracy has to be known by the successful candidate and the daily work should be driven by independent and service oriented approach at all time. This role is a permanent, full time position based in Germany our Munich or Berlin office, with flexible work option.What you’ll be doing:Act as the point of contact for all HR related matters in the country.Ensure the continuous improvement of German HR operations.Work in collaboration with German Management and global HRBPs to deliver innovative HR solutions for the full lifecycle of employee related issues.Support German HRM on strategic cases and ensure employee and manager communication is process driven, timely and consistent.Own the communication on all local and global HR programs and resources, in order to support the growth and development of German employees and keep the employee experience on the highest level.Work with the HRM for Germany to secure a relevant and competitive benefits provision through the annual review process. At all times ensuring that our local brokers and HQ are appropriately involved, influenced and informed.Managing internal and international transfers for new NVIDIAns into and out of Germany. Ensuring all approvals are secured, paperwork is completed and recorded, and onboarding/ offboarding processes are followed.Drive and support HR Events, including but limited to culture building social events, community giving initiatives, and employee engagement events across Germany.Prepare contractual paperwork, including addendums, confirmations and statements as required. Maintain accurate employee records and employment paperwork.Support the payroll process by providing accurate, complaint and timely employee data.Stretch your capabilities and demonstrate initiative by taking part in EMEA regional and worldwide HR projects What we need to see:5-8 years of HR experience on Senior level with proven ownership and responsibility on national level including Payroll and BenefitsExcellent written and oral communication skills in English (Proficiency in German is a Bonus)A depth of experience in a fast-paced and hands-on role, preferably with a multi-BU, global environment and a diverse employee baseTechnical Skills: (MS Office Suite, Experience with Workday or other HRIS)Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills.Dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision and agile mentality, with excellent attention to detail and a sound sense ownership as well as pride in the quality of work completedWays to stand out from the crowd:Outstanding professional judgment and understanding of identifying risks and knowing how and when to raise questions for supportExamples of elevating the HR function to anticipate employee needs and working collaboratively to solve for new market shiftsTrack record of collaboration where HR is seen as a solution focused partnerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
