Customer Master Data Operation (agents)Description -Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Master Data, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers.Customer Master Data agents support HP partner and end user to setup customer information into master data system (CRM system) like Reltio & MS4 and resolve case within defined SLA, managing and analyzing the customer data to ensure that provides an accurate and timely data to enabling business analysis for the entire HP company.Responsibilities: Performs data entry per pre- defined processes. Set up and update account information in master data system with 100% accuracy. Interacting with customers through calls, instant messaging and emails to understand their expectations. Conducts day-to-day sales operations tasks and identifies opportunities to improve sales force productivity. Enters sales data in a timely manner and ensure the Customer Service Legal Agreement’s (SLA’s) is met consistently. Timely follows up on issues and ensures resolution for HP and customer. Communicates status and escalates issues as necessary. Delivers necessary report needed by process and consolidation. Provides status updates/progress/challenge/support needed in process.Knowledge and Skills: First level university degree. Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Mastery in English and local language. Basic financial and business acumen. Basic proficiency with MS Office especially Excel (applying formulas and macros), Word, Power Point. Basic proficiency managing different type of data base files extensions like .xls, .xlsx, .xlsb, .csv, and .txt. Have good communication and cooperation ability and skills to coordinate the teamwork.2 Customer-centric service mindset and rigorous data management mindset. Desirable basic knowledge on SAP or another relational database system.
