May guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.What you will be doingFacilitates social processProbes to understand key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flowScreens candidates to assess skill and culture fit in order to ensure candidates who interview at Equinix are well qualifiedDrives direct sourcing agenda by leveraging social media platforms; increase our presence on social mediaPartners with hiring manager to identify key roles and responsibilities of the interview teamEnsures hiring manager and interview team are prepared for the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionallyFacilitates the debriefing process towards a recommendationSets expectations and consults with hiring managers regarding the recruiting process and responsibilitiesResponsible for writing & composition of role descriptions, kick off meetings, sourcing strategy, execution of sourcing, interviewing, offer, offer construction, extension, hand off to HR Business PartnerConsults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the 7-Step Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experienceFocuses consulting with hiring managers at VP level or belowPartners with HR Director, HR Business Partners on role grading, internal talent, shortlist candidates, coaching opportunitiesAssists through closing req upon acceptance, and moves candidates through to onboarding stageNegotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessaryInterfaces with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange informationManages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocateExtends the offer and ensures that candidates fully understood the offerManages candidate background checks through outside vendor, as well as employee re-verifications as required,Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensures they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processesProvides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progressManages towards a 80% Direct Hiring/20% agency mix on permanent hiringWhat you should have3 years experience, IT industry or related preferredBachelor's preferredAdvanced EnglishEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
