Our Sellers are at the center of everything we do, and our product, engineering and design teams obsess over building best-in-class experiences that our eBay seller community loves.As a Senior Program Manager for eBay’s Seller Experience - Regulatory team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end program management of our mobile and web experiences in support of the various government regulations that impact eBay’s sellers. We are looking for experienced individuals who have led complex, global, compliance programs to launch, with proven ability to effectively work in a complex enterprise environment. This role requires a strong technical background and understanding of agile product development practices for complex products at a global scale. You must obsessively partner & collaborate both within your core team and with partners. Our team values center around collaboration, acting with urgency, connecting with sellers, working with integrity and having fun!Responsibilities:Drive on time delivery of end-to-end Regulatory initiatives for Seller Experience at eBay using agile methodologiesBe a key partner and voice for the Regulatory team, ensuring teams align and prioritize business goals to drive the product roadmap and technical requirements Engage with key business and technology partners to proactively identify risks, tradeoffs and ensure timely decisions are being madeDrive operational excellence for the Regulatory product area within Seller Experience, by establishing and driving a reliable and operating cadence for release planning and executionBe a trusted partner for executive management by clearly and succinctly communicating program updates, including launch status, risks and mitigation plans and key decisionsBuild key partnerships within and outside of the core product; evangelize and communicate work in flight and upcoming launchesRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or Equivalent and 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in compliance and regulatory spaces. Experience with online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms is a plusExperience in customer focused product management and product development lifecycle, with proven examples managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic programs at scaleExperience establishing and leading teams through multi-disciplinary relationships, including product management, engineering, design and partner program management functions. Examples of cultivating collaboration, strategic alignment and coordinated planning and execution across multiple functionsExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to master technologies relevant to the programBe able to think strategically, while executing tactically.  Thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate teams through changeMust have a passion for our sellers and the relentless drive to improve experiences for our sellers, influencing a higher bar on quality and ensuring the seller is always at the center of our product roadmap and priorities. Experience working with design research and qualitative tools to ensure the voice of our seller is at the center of our product development #LI-HybridThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$144,000 - $216,150Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
