We’re seeking someone equally passionate about communicating inspiring, actionable human insights as they are about discovering them. This person should be a highly skilled researcher and storyteller who understands how critical getting a clear picture of the health and wellness of your brands is to driving compelling, competitive, and confident brand, activation, and business strategies.Our ambition is to build a world-class brand measurement team that embraces technology in exciting ways to understand the health and wellness of our brands better, share insights more effectively, and operates with speed and agility. We need someone who understands how to bring qual, quant and social listening together to prove the impact of brand on driving the business by building a health measurement program designed to unlock brand love and business growth. If this sounds like you, read on…What you'll Do Build upon and scale results from our existing brand health measurement practice to present a clear view of how our brands are performing with critical audiences globally.Collaborate with other research leaders across Marketing (especially analytics functions) to connect the dots and paint the full picture of how brand equity drives the business, elevating strengths and weaknesses to help strengthen decision making and confidence in Adobe’s marketing investments.Champion and socialize learning broadly throughout the organization to extend consumer understanding well beyond the immediate team (e.g., marketing, product, product marketing, corporate strategy, etc.).Take a customer-centric view to everything we do, creating a more clear understanding of how Adobe’s brands influence consumer behavior in ways that impact business performance.Own and lead relationships with market research agencies to ensure innovative approaches and agile thinking in driving key research projects forward.Drive a culture of consumer curiosity and understanding, insight generation, analytical thinking, and compelling, data-backed storytelling.Have fun along the way.What you need to succeed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent8+ years of experience in market research and/or consumer insights including both the agency and client side.Familiarity with technologies typically used by research teams including analytical tools, research platforms, and knowledge management systems. Aware of ongoing developments in these & related technologies eg the evolution of text analytics, generative AI, etc.Passion and energy for working across the organization to inspire change.An understanding that transformation is about people as much as it is about technology or process. Therefore combining logic with empathy will be key to success and bringing about change.Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to translate technical content for a non-technical audience.Innovative approaches to both the research led and the visualization and socialization of results.Ability to justify investments in incremental research and technology.Executive presence, strong social skills, and ability to influence through empathy, understanding and collaborative problem-solving in all forms of engagement and communication.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $226,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
