We love taking on the challenges and deliver solution to complex problems.What you’ll doA Program Manager at CoreTech, DSS plays a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for complex technical and digital experience needs of global pre-sales team. This role collaborates with pre-sales, product engineering, IT, digital strategy, as well as senior leadership and decision makers. Meeting with C-level, management-level and user- level customer contacts, the Pre-Sales Consultant must be able to easily adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical. You will work for global markets.The highly respected role of the Program Manager is seen as the voice of reason and drives pre-sales, and generally focuses on the following key areas:Pre-Sales Solution Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and services. Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to align pre-sales strategy with product capabilities, new releases, challenges and market trends.Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving pre-sales operations. Define project scope, objectives, and key results, and ensure successful project delivery, on time and within budget.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product engineering to gather feedback and insights, ensuring product development aligns with pre-sales needs. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective collateral and tools for the pre-sales team.Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of pre-sales initiatives and projects. Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize the pre-sales workflow.What you need to succeedB. Tech/B.E. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 12 years of Program Management experience in the space of Presales or Consulting experience in digital space.Certificate in program management and having necessary expertise in relevant methodologies and tools.Terrific communication (spoken, written & presentation) skills and ability to drive meetings with diverse global audience.Hands on experience on Agile methodology and using tools such as Jira etcStakeholder management with deep expertise in managing multiple complex global projects with senior stakeholders (exec)Hands on experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations.Ideally, experience in delivery of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, RTCDP) based solution or other Adobe Experience Cloud expertise.
