Our passion for our customer and our employees will be our differentiation.  We are seeking a highly motivated and organized senior level individual to lead our strategy to execution plan through an OKR methodology. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and execution of our organization's strategic objectives and initiatives using the OKR framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, track, and measure key results that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: OKR Development: Collaborate with leadership and department heads to define and document clear and measurable strategic objectives. OKR Alignment: Ensure alignment of individual, team, and departmental OKRs with the organization's strategic objectives. OKR Implementation: Guide teams in the creation of actionable key results that support the achievement of objectives. Develop and maintain a cadence for OKR setting, tracking, and review cycles. Cultural ambassador: Educate employees at all levels on the OKR framework and its benefits. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and goal-driven performance. OKR Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly track and analyze progress on OKRs and identify areas where adjustments or improvements are needed. Provide timely reports and insights to leadership on OKR performance. OKR Tools and Technology: Oversee the implementation and utilization of OKR software and tools to facilitate tracking and reporting. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in the OKR process by collecting feedback, adjusting, and refining best practices.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Strategy). OKR certification or training Proven experience in implementing and managing OKRs, preferably in a strategy execution role. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at change management and promoting a culture of goal-oriented performance. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Experience in the technology corporate strategy on the Xaas industry. Familiarity with OKR software and tools.   Job -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
