eCommerce Program ManagerDescription -Description:HP’s vision and promise are to make life better for everyone, everywhere.  With the heart, creativity, and energy of a startup, and the brain, muscles, and determination of a Fortune 100 corporation, we continue to deliver ground-breaking new technologies to build on our 80-year legacy of innovation.The Replacement Parts Business team within Customer Support organization is responsible for supplying spare parts to meet out of warranty commitments for HP products.  It operates across markets, delivering parts in 112 countries and with Part Store in 42 countries and in 12 languages.With the aim to develop more sustainable business models promoting the repair of goods instead of the replacement, we are driving a transformation program to launch a best-in-class eCommerce solution to our customers.Responsibilities:Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the quality improvement process and quality culture for multiple products or service offerings for a Business.Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Business.Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program resource management.Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with business management and internal development to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.Education and Experience Required:BSc in Computer Science or degree in e-Business technology and management or relevant field  Agile, PMP Project management certification Proven experience in digital and/or eCommerce project management (+10 years)Exposure and experience in Magento migration project management is a plusExposure and experience in API systems integration project management is a plusMust Knowledge and Skills:Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, diverse, virtual global team.Medium to high knowledge of IT and eCommerce industryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.History of innovation with examples of developing new technical, engineering and/or manufacturing processes.Proven ability to interact and drive topics to completion in a complex environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
