Our departmental values are courage, collaboration, craftsmanship, and fun, and those values guide us in balancing hard work with passion and enjoyment for what we do.As a Master Staff Engineer, you will operate across a group of Agile development teams providing both strategic and tactical guidance. In consultation with organizational leadership, you will identify and focus on difficult business, technical, and organizational problems to find the right path forward for agile teams. This may include operating as part of the team for a time, including working tickets for one or more sprints. In collaboration with architects, you may provide architectural approach and execution for technical systems of limited scope.
