Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.  - Knowledge: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process standardization and improve site capabilities and capacitiesManage New Product Introduction (NPI) to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for mass productionSupport production in wafer sort and package test, aggressive test time reduction (TTR), test yield improvement, customer return analysis and quality conformanceLead and assist other team members to resolve technical issues, perform site to site correlation, implement new test strategies, test plans and automationsDetermines own priorities, methods and procedures on new assignmentsIncumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.Qualifications/ExperienceBS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science5+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and socket, load-board, probe card knowledgeFamiliar with Advantest 93K PS1600 tester platform and programming skillsKnowledge in software programming - Unix, C or PerlAble to multitask in a fast paced environment.
