SummaryThe Sr Solution Advisor owns the positioning and demonstration of Blue Yonder Enterprise solutions. Capable of representing Blue Yonder and focused on growing the Blue Yonder SaaS footprint. Ability to build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation and provide proof of concept. Maintain extensive knowledge of complex aspects of products and systems. Demonstrate and leverage in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.To be successful, you must seek to understand customer processes and challenges, envision and communicate what a future state will look like with Blue Yonder applications embedded in the process, map and translate Blue Yonder solution offerings to customer needs, and facilitate alignment across the customer, product management, value engineering and professional services.This is a virtual-based position with some travel.ResponsibilitiesSupport customer discovery workshops with domain expertiseRun deep-dive demos by industry sub-verticalCreate and deliver sales engagement collateralSupport SOW creationRun Proof of Concept workshops and demosExecute data assessmentsField solution capability questionsProvide competent pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations and ongoing sales consultationCoordinate with the Customer Executive to product requests and create the account strategy togetherDevelop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trendsWork closely and collaboratively with customers to understand their processes and challenges inside and outCapture holistic solution requirementsDevise and communicate effective solutions to customer challenges leveraging the Blue Yonder solution suiteDeliver deep-dive solution demos and articulate differentiators and value-driversReply to customer requests for information in a timely manner with detailed responseAct as customer facing lead during proof-of-value exercises – managing the project, supporting data requirements and assessments, presenting resultsSupport sales and professional services in the creation of commercial agreementsProvide field insight and feedback to product management effectively and prescriptivelyBe able to communicate value across various levels within the organizationRequired SkillsUndergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Management, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or comparable area of studyFive years of industry experienceHigh energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to see and present 'the big picture', architect solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutionsPositive, service-oriented personalityComfortable presenting to varying sized audiencesWillingness to jump in wherever needed to support the company, the team and our customersWillingness to travel-------------------------------------------#LI-Remote*LI-HH1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: USD $ $115,000 - $150,000.00The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
