About the Role:
Twitch is hiring an Executive Business Partner to provide support and collaboration to the VP, Central Data & Research and the Chief Design Officer. You will be part of a dynamic A/EBP Team that requires high organization and responsiveness; and will be reporting directly to the Executive Business Partner Sr. Manager. You are eager to take on a position that extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities to involve project management and operational coordination.
You Will:
Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
Manage expense reporting and approval on executives’ behalf.
Work with other A/EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies.
Manage additional projects including coordinating with vendor contracts, PO creation, manage team subscription services and budget tracking
Team Support:
Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, and conferences) while anticipating conflict
Manage logistics and strategic coordination of the organization’s operational planning (e.g. Amazon strategic deliverables, organizational budget, headcount planning, and space planning)
Manage onboarding of new team members
You Have:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-level executive
Proficient with Google Suite & Microsoft Office, Slack, Expense & Travel Software
Bonus Points
Twitch knowledge or gaming background
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Location(s): Remote- United States
Contract Length: 8 months (per length of service policy)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $32.00/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $42.00/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
