The Analytics team plays a key role in enabling our customers to analyze and report on their work. We are a passionate and collaborative team utilizing tech in creative ways to solve our customers’ problems. As a Product Management Intern on our team, you will support our efforts to build exceptional analytics experiences. You will develop and bring new capabilities to market to address the needs of modern process, project and portfolio managers.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $30.00 hourly.
You Will:
Own high impact features and be responsible for the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Deeply understand the needs of our customers, synthesize business intelligence and research data, and communicate these findings through customer problem definition documents.
Obtain support from leadership around your vision, and rally teams to bring it to life.
Write product requirements, define success metrics, and create launch/training collateral.
Break down work into a well-prioritized plan, and make the call on prioritization and trade-offs where necessary.
Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Design, UX Design, UX Research, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
Be a valued member of our product team and learn from a community of experienced product managers, designers and engineers across the company.
You Have:
Technical or business degree track, product management, user experience design, software engineering coursework, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product design decisions on behalf of customers.
Graduated or are a rising senior or equivalent. MBA or graduate student preferred.
Self-motivated, detail oriented and takes pride in crafting delightful customer experiences.
Metrics and analytics driven.
Previous Product Management internship or project experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
