Position Overview: With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Bangalore talent acquisition efforts. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Diligent by attracting and retaining top-tier talent. As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Diligent, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber talent to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic talent acquisition, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management to drive workforce planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Director, Talent Acquisition to execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning. Provide strategic guidance to local leaders and hiring managers on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and talent landscape Lead and mentor a small team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and contribute to the recruitment of key positions. Drive the recruitment process for strategic hires, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience Develop and enhance the organization's employer brand, positioning Diligent as an employer of choice Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment metrics and trends. Required Experience/Skills In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (APAC) with some people management experience. Experience managing senior stakeholders across the APAC region Proven experience in leadership, specialised or niche recruitment Preferred Experience/Skills Experience working in a fast-moving SaaS environment What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
