Position Overview
At Diligent, we understand that we are at our best when we work closely with our partners. As our business continues to grow fast, we are investing in the expansion of our partner organization. We are building a powerful partner ecosystem with global system integrators, consulting firms, solution providers, industry experts, ISVs and others.
We are looking for an experienced marketer to help drive the development and execution of our global partner marketing strategy and support our global partner team in executing on our goals. Someone who is a strategic thinker while able to execute on multiple projects, data-driven and accountable, and looking for a role where they have a voice in how partner marketing should grow and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Create partner marketing strategies and programs that meet business goals, with a focus on partner-sourced pipeline and bookings
Monitor and report on partner marketing performance metrics and provide strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results
Drive the development of partner-facing content, working closely with other marketing teams (product marketing, field marketing, content, events, etc.) to leverage messaging, sales plays and collateral to align with overall business strategy
Build meaningful relationships with key partners and collaborate on new initiatives to drive engagement
Execute on marketing strategies and programs, including but not limited to partner-facing campaigns, presentations, events/webinars, success stories, and other enablement tools
Create processes designed to drive efficiency, and build scalability across our partner network
Collaborate with our Partner Sales team to identify new opportunities with current partners, co-branded campaigns, event sponsorships, and other initiatives
Manage the partner marketing budget and spend efficiently to maximize ROI
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on overall strategy, upcoming projects, and pertinent updates
What you bring to the role:
3-5+ years of experience building and executing partner marketing strategies and programs for B2B companies (high-growth SaaS preferred)
A proven track record of prioritizing and delivering results within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and sales cross-functional leaders
Experience designing and executing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to interpret KPI data into actionable insights
Exceptional leadership skills to work across the organization and get things done
Direct communication and confidence in handling and prioritizing multiple requests from around the business
Deep understanding of partner marketing metrics
Experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance or ESG highly desired, but not required
