Working collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Service, and many other key stakeholders, drives operational excellence and manages business continuity risks.Job descriptionAs an Indigo Supplies Analyst, you will have end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of click contract enablement, price adjustments, and tier validations for Indigo customers in the United States and Canada. You will solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives. Work will include problems of diverse complexity and scope. You will exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations and seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including, category, and sales to implement efficient contract setup to safeguard accurate and timely pricing enablement.Responsibilities:Contract Enablement and functions specific to the Indigo Click Business Model for the Americas Region.Update, manage and enforce correct click tier pricing setup.Manage multiple tasks and able to prioritize work.Provide reliable data to management, as requested.Backup other team members including contracts review & approvals.Identify areas of opportunity and implement improvements.Work closely with Sales, Category, and other key stakeholders to determine strategy, policy, and procedures.Comply with procedural/audit/records retention policies.Drive to process optimization and quality assurance.Collaborate and work with the category/portfolio team on implementing new click offerings. Collaborate with other regions to leverage best practices.Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.May provide mentoring and guidance to other team membersEducation and Experience RequiredFirst-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.Work with completing priorities and managing multiple tasks.Possesses a sense of urgency with the ability to stay focused on goals and objectives.Work on self-directed activities with minimal supervision.Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.Advanced understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.Process Management and transformation, identifies process shortcomings and works with others to improve or transform practices.Problem-solving and analytical skills.QAD experience and knowledge.Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & other MS Office applicationsWork with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks.Change Management: develops methods for supporting innovation/change across the organization.Problem-Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.Critical attention to detail.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
