Consumer Finance Partner Alliance SpecialistDescription -The Global Payment Solutions team is hosted by the newly established Renew Solutions Organization within HP Workforce Solutions (WS). The WS team is reinventing how we deliver technology to our customers. We live in an “everything as a service” world. Consumer organizations should be able to consume technology in that same way, and WS is driving that change at HP, whether that means evolving our existing lifecycle services for XaaS, growing our Managed Services Practice (DaaS and MPS), or incubating Digital Services offerings. The Renew Solutions Organization is responsible for expanding HP’s device renewal capability and value proposition, as a key enabler of WS’s future growth. Leveraging our Finance Partner relationships to provide access to HP devices is essential to ensure HP has sufficient supply to support our customers’ circularity requirements. The Global Payment Solutions team will continue to drive a full suite of Payment Solutions for Contractual and Direct transactions with CEP, Mid-Market, SMB and Consumer Segments in support of HP’s Core and Key growth areas. HP.com is an ecommerce online storefront platform that supports global consumer sales. The Finance Partner Alliance Specialist will play a key role. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Payment Solutions, the Finance Partner Alliance Specialist will work collaboratively to support Consumer finance waterfall provider and / or Consumer Finance third party provider(s) and support HP’s cross functional teams to enable profitable growth in the consumer segment. The Alliance Specialist will be responsible for the daily program management tasks related to US consumer finance vendors including monitoring and reporting program progress, participation in roadmap projects and supporting budget, HP store, customer care and marketing related activities. The successful candidate will work cross functionally to share project activities, facilitate data gathering information and validation. Significant focus on delivering best in class customer experience and understanding with HP’s consumer finance stack. Responsibilities: · Assist in managing overall relationship with Consumer Finance Partner(s) supporting consumer business models and HP store engagements. Serve as strategic partner for PLCC, IL, Second Look, SL IL, lease, PP, Google Pay and other convenient payment types as assigned. · Influence, shape and partner with HP store, marketing and customer care teams to drive consumer finance behavior, sales goaling targets, utilize data insights to identify future growth opportunities · Utilize data insights to identify future growth and current opportunities · Develop relationships with Consumer Finance and Waterfall Partners supporting onboarding activities. · Comprehensive understanding of contracting arrangement(s) between HP and Consumer Finance Partner(s). Collaborate with other HP department and teams to advise on materiality and timing of contractual related expenses, program opportunities and risks · Assist internal escalations relating to Consumer Finance and Waterfall Partner(s). Engage with organizations in support of process optimization and issue resolution. · Champion data and reporting opportunities proactively leverage data for the benefit of HP consumer financing programs. Accountable for delivering data sets achieving outlined program performance metrics based on structure of individual programs. · Define and manage program KPI's and operational metrics to ensure program performance achieving business objectives. Planning of the overall consumer financing program controls, budgets, objectives and timelines. Supports consumer finance sales goals. · Align with Finance Partner Alliance Specialist peers to share best practices and ensure consistency across Consumer Finance Partner relationships · Identify and implement new capabilities with Consumer Finance Partner(s) to align with future ready growth and to create aaS differentiation. · Consumer Financing subject matter expert. · Accountable for providing specific sets of data inclusive of collecting, analizing and presenting data that is relevant to the consumer finance team. Knowledge and Skills:· Strong knowledge of Consumer Payment Solutions and as-a-Service business models · Skilled in developing client relationships and establishing trust. · Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Superior analytical thinking, analysis, presentation and problem-solving skills. · Adept at presenting to an executive audience with superior verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and ability to influence at all levels. · Tenacious, results-driven and detail-oriented while moving quickly to support urgent requests and independently managing complex project objectives. Education and Experience:· Bachelor level degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, business administration or related field. · 5 years of relevant experience within the Consumer Payment Solutions / Bank Financing / Subscription / Payments environment.
