HR Operations Specialist

We are now looking for a HR Operations Specialist to support our HR organization in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions within the HR team such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The candidate needs to work closely with the HR team, maintain internal HR systems, databases and indicators.What you'll be doing:Work across a wide spectrum of Employee Life Cycle including Employee Data Management & HRMSAssist in developing and executing Personnel Procedures and Policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operationsParticipate in development of HR objectives and systems, including Metrics, Queries, and Standard Reports for ongoing company requirementsSuggest new Procedures and Policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experienceAssist in administering Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Performance ProgramsEnsure legal compliance across all facets of the organizationWhat we need to see:5+ years and Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related fieldHandle all administrative tasks including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and complianceProvide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations mattersAssist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policiesAdditional HR training or experience is a plusExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessResourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as neededNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
