Do you want to explore this challenge for a fast-growing company poised to be a leader in the SaaS market?  If so, we're looking for someone who is passionate about understanding how the services you own work with Workdays Core HCM and Financials products, and a deep orientation toward delivering performance and scalability.In this role, you would:Collaborate with Workday development, operations, and product teams to understand their requirements and prioritiesWrite detailed specifications based on prioritized requirementsWork closely with the development organization through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful deliveryManage vendor selection process, including 3rd party software evaluations, vendor relationships, and lifecycle managementDefine a product roadmap and determine requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business needsDemonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environmentAbout YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent roleExcellent analytical skills, including exploration, research, and measurementExcellent organizational, collaboration and communication skillsAbility to clearly articulate requirements and prioritize requestsExperience with scrum and other Agile development methodologiesExperience with Software as a Service (SaaS)Experience with cloud based scalability products Experience with highly transactional databases and distributed systems Other Qualifications Embraces new technologies and always seeking a deeper level of technical understanding5+ years of systems or software engineering experience with a focus on architecture, performance, and scalabilityBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical majorExperience with storage services such as S3, MySQL, Google Cloud Stora or MongoDBOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
