The Global Revenue Enablement organization is looking for an experienced program manager to lead a business unit’s role-based skill development. You will become a part of the Role Excellence team, focused on ensuring role readiness in skill-focused areas. You will work in a remote or hybrid environment. You will lead a global program that requires cross-team collaboration. You have experience sourcing skill requirements, working with Business leadership, and delivering courseware. As the enablement program manager you will understand how to design and execute skill development.Responsibilities Design a skill development strategy for a specific business unitCommunicate with business unit leadershipAnalyze skill requirements, Develop skill-focused trainingWork with advisors, subject matter experts, and leadershipManage Project workflowsInfluence, and present, solutions and outcomes with Sales and Customer Success leadershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or 5+ years’ experience delivering a global programExperience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or subscription-based software company or equivalent consulting engagementsSuccess in presenting (in-person and virtual) with different audiences from technical, sales, corporate, and executive rolesExperience influencing and implementing change within and outside of your team#LI-AS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
