As part of the 5+1 business within HP, we are making significant advances to transform our Industry from analog to digital.The Business Management organization (BMO) is a key team, working together with Sales, Sales Operations, Supplies and several other key stakeholders. We are the backbone of the organization, providing the guidance and infrastructure for the business. Within BMO, The Category and Planning team is GLOBAL team responsible for critical business areas such as: Corporate Cadence, Communication, Training plans and Business Planning. In addition, we are leading different business projects that will enable us to continue to grow in the future.This Business Planner position plays a critical role for BMO by driving the organization’s strategic direction and managing / tracking / preparing critical business deliverables for BMO functional staff. He/she will prioritize, publish, and track key initiatives over mid- and long-term horizons. He/She will also lead key cross-functional projects, coordinate action plans, and support internal communications. Lastly, the the business plannertakes ownership for a variety of ad hoc projects as dictated by the needs of the business.Job DutiesJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate business deliverables / forums with Industrial Print, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Updates, weekly reviews, story behind the numbersLead the creation and ensured the delivery of successful executive presentations In charge of communication, training and VIA plan implementation for a 200 people organizationKey pillar on driving our BMO Sustainability agenda across the full organizationPublish appropriate communication to the BMO organization, such as email newsletters and organizational updates in partnership with the Executive Assistant.Plan and facilitate quarterly All-Employee Meetings and Leadership/Manager calls, working with staff to pull content together and scheduling rehearsals.Drive special projects that require coordination across functions on an ad-hoc basis, as required.Responsibilities: Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.Works independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.Manages complex, time- sensitive market research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and next steps.Works with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.Education and Experience Required: Typically 4-6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. First level university degree.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Very strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management skills.Developed relationship management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams.Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.Job -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -25%Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
