HR Global Services Advisor/ Specjalista ds. HRDescription -We are looking now for HR Global Services Advisor to join the team in Poland, Wroclaw.Main Responsibilities: As HR Global Services Advisor  you will be responsible for providing support on all HR aspects from employee's hire to retirement with HR operational excellence via automation, simplification and continuous process improvement.Your detailed duties will be:Providing support and processes HR activities such as pre-hire check/hiring in HR system, new-hire pre-on boarding, onboarding activities, data changes, disability claims, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, termination of employment, Managing daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresPreparing HR related legal documents (i.e. employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.) Managing employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to- date) and supports audits, government surveys and reporting Identifying trends based on data analysis and recommends areas for process improvementsContributing to educating HR generalists, people managers and employees on practices and tools to encourage them to resolve issues on their own through HR Systems and platformsProviding coaching and guidance on HR processes. Providing orientation to new hires and delivers trainings for new processes, programs and platform rollouts.Ensuring exceptional service by promptly and accurately responding to questions by HP employees via HR platform where country specific HR knowledge or solutions are required and updates knowledge database articlesSupporting projects including acquisition deals representing the HR Global Services organization as neededEducation and Experience Required: First-level university degree or equivalent experienceTypically 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resourcesKnowledge and Skills: Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience in managing low to moderate cases Solid communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written and verbal)Solid understanding of HR programs, policies and processesKnowledge and experience in HR disciplineWe love our work environment.
